    The telephone system wake-up call came 27 minutes late! The air conditioning did not work properly and there was no follow-up from the front desk or maintenance. The food was great but it took quite awhile for our food to arrive and we were the only table in the restaurant.     Staff polite, the price is okay for 2 people sharing a room. The hotel is clean and neat. Very nice draft porter at 6€ per pint.
