  Nice hotel the room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The service was excellent, Thanks to Patrick fro assisting us with our luggage and getting a taxi going to the airport. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding level of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel.Our room was beautiful, spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, but the real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special.A special mention must go to Kyle at the Concierge, who was absolutely outstanding. He assisted us in every possible way, both during check-in and check-out, and made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free.   Bad Weather, But the View Was Insane

  I thought the casino comp room would be just so-so, but the view was stunning—the rain made it look like Hogwarts. Lying in bed chilling and staring out was so nice.I asked the front desk a ton of questions—shoutout to Kelsey and Patrick—they were both super helpful and cute, kept discussing things to help us out. They even reminded me to grab an umbrella, and I borrowed one but I lost it at the concert. And they didn't charge me for it!!!Best service I've had at any City of Dreams hotel. Every staff member was so friendly. I've stayed at Morpheus before, and I used to think that since it was a comped room, so-so service was normal. But after staying at NUWA, I realized that whether it's a comped room or a paid one, the service here is always top-notch. Such a hidden gem—too bad it's so tucked away, or business would be booming. Definitely having my host book me here from now on.
