Location

The hotel is one of Langkawi's premier business and holiday resorts. It is situated on south of the island and is a haven of calm and relaxation, while at the same time providing easy access to just about everything Langkawi has to offer, whether it be business or pleasure. It offers good access to duty free shopping districts, Langkawi International Airport and the Teluk Baru Ferry Jetty.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 217 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     This place is abandoned and poorly maintained do not go there there are no people or guests there it is just broken material and bush

    This place is gross. We stupidly ignored the reviews because sometimes they are a bit harsh for the things that are important to us and we really loved the look of the pool. How stupid were we? So so bad. Filthy and 2/3rds of the pool were green or growing things in there. I am just so grateful my 6th sense kicked in and I lifted the doona and found a dirty sheet. That led to the chain of events that made us leave the hotel. When they took the sheet off to change it we were greeted with the most disgusting thing ever. When we asked for a new mattress they showed us 5 more which were all dirty as the one shown in pics.One pool was growing weeds etc in there so thinking that has been out of order for quite a while and the other end was green and thick. In the end the receptionist told us that it was ok to go find somewhere else to stay and they would refund our money through our booking agent.It appears the booking agent can not get in touch with them, they have not refunded the money and the booking agent has taken down my review. Clear to see where their loyalties lay.

    Bedsheets all dirty stains, ask hsk change also still same, no friendly staff, window is open n spoil. Useless lift.. Sleep few hours can heard horrible sound.. Terrible stay.. Not recomend anyone to stay.. This is horrible hotel..

    It’s haunted house . Never preferred to go twice nor advice.whole property is damaged and old. Not mentioned. Breakfast is same for both the day of our stay. It was horrible. Insects found on breads . Such a big property spoiled due to lack of mentainance.

    We travel to langkawi last week for our wedding anniversary, but....hotel is awful. Hotel is very very dirty.Bed , towels, pillow, carpet, toilet, bath , window, balcony.....everything and everywhere are very very dirty. You can see dead insect around windows. Long pool of hotel is close but only one small part of pool is open but full of hair,leaf and black fungi ang mold.Breakfast is awful , not have anything for breakfast. You can see insect around that .Stuff are very harsh and rough specially resturant stuff.We stay there 3 night but we don't forget this experience .We send massage to Mr.hakim azman, hotels manager, He saw my massage but he didn't send any answer to me.I believe that Aseania resort is not 4 star hotel , it is hostel ....May not be hostel too.
