    Worth for big families

    Pros1. Location : good.2. Staff: very friendly and helpful especially along. 3. I booked 2 apartments. Got 2nd floor. 1 apartment: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, small kitchen ( fridge, microwave, small dining table, bottled drinking water). 4. All rooms got airconditioner including living room.5. Pickup and return (airport-hotel):Very good. Pickup us using hotel van, and return using a bus. 6. I booked this villa through groupon, and it is really worth it!. Got 2 apartments with 2 avanza total up rm1.4k only. 3h2m!Cons:1. The scenery infront of villa should be clean. Bushes and also rusty metal must be thrown out. So far I recommended this villa. Totally worth it!

    Cons - Secluded, not maintained, swimming pool was dirty, no heater in the bathroom, bedsheets were old. Too bad that only our family was in the whole apartment and it was quite creepy. Found a centipede in the bathroom. Called the management immediately and asked for a room in Bahagia Hotel instead. They agreed but we were given a room with 6 single beds and to our horror, there was only 1 bathroom with transparent glass door!!! Pros - The rental car was new. The staff were helpful and friendly. Special thanx to Mr Alan (manager) and Ms Nadia for going extra miles to send back our belonging which we left inside the room! Thank you 😍

    7 of us including one infant, the villa doesn't look posh but inside it is very comfortable. Very comfortable we are happy tiny kitchen. Three room where can accomodate all of us. it is very near to kuah town

    Booked the hotel and when we arrived we were shocked. Overall hotel conditions were terrible, the apartment interior rven horrible. We decided to change hotel immediate even though we had paid to third party when we booked. However the staffs are very friendly and very helpful, they understand our concerns and we managed to have a deal on the car renting service thru them even though we not staying there.Definitely not consider this hotel / apartment again in the future. But we really appreciate the staffs assistance.

    Beware terrible motel - not for family or couple trip

    My sis bought it through Groupon thinking it is a new "hotel". Guess what? Read on. So the hotel include package of rented car and airport transfer. Got greeted at the airport and get transferred by a really old van to another Bahagia Hotel to check in and get the rented car (Avanza). We drove our rented car to Bahagia Villa which is just 5 minutes down the road. The entrance looks like a construction site. The place looks like a worker dormitories if not jail. We have to walk up to the second story for reception and got our room key. We got a 3 bedroom apartment at ground floor facing the pool. It's a very basic apartment (we understand the price paid is very cheap, normal advertise rate is rm350 for 3bedroom apartment ) but didn't expect it to be that BAD. It has basic amenities like microwave, tv, air con but the bed looks old and extremely-used. One of the bedroom is small and without window. The pool outside the apartment is no where near the picture advertised. The water is grey inside it just look HORRIBLE. We couldn't stay there and decided to book another hotel straightaway. Pros: 1. Staffs are friendly and trying their best to help. But the quality and the management of the hotel is out of their reach. 2. Very cheap (probably more suitable for students with budget who just need a place to sleep). Cons:1. Terrible condition hotel (no lift and u have to carry your luggage up the stairs.) definitely not for family with young children or older people. 2. Apartment looks old and there's no other word to describe other than terrible. 3. You need to have your own car to access here. 5min drive from Kuah town but this area is beside the highway. Can be noisy. I would say just avoid this place don't waste your money and time
