    The facility is great for what its worth. The staff is great especially the one named Zulfadhli. He showed great hospitality and always smile. Great hotel, I really had a good time staying here. The price of this hotel is pretty cheap. Considering the location of this place which is located near the airport and chenang beach this hotel is a no brainer.     Wonderful stay

    The hotel looked lavish. The staffs are polite, well-behaved and adjusting. The food available at the dining hall (buffet/ala carte) was very tasty and presented in a royal way. The rooms were spacious, very clean with a good scenic view of the road and lawns from the room. Free wifi facility was available only at the reception hall and dining hall. On the whole, we had a warm and cozy stay there.     Very bad service and dirty bathroom

    The behaviour and services of the staff is very cheap. The condition of the bathroom is dirty, drainage not working, no response from staff after complaining.In the first room A/C and fridge not working. Aftr asking for room change, staff behaved too bad BellavistaExpress, General Manager at Bella Vista Express Langkawi, responded to this review Dear Guests,Thank you for your stay here and for your comments which help us to better the service here. I would like to apologize for a late reply as I have recently joined here. I have seen your remarks about bathroom and I have already prepared a deep cleaning schedule to better our service, However I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Your room air conditioner wasn't working and all are now being serviced so not to have a bad experience here. I would like to thank you again for your comments which I take seriously.     Never Stay in this Hotel.1. ACs Not working even if AC is working it will not cool. if you call service manager they will give you excuses.2. Washroom Tabs Broken & Not Working.3. if you call the reception they will say that they cant do anything.

    I am shock with the level of service provided by hotel staffs....The service is far more superior than her class...which is totally caught to my surprised.Checking in with friendly Reception staffs and very humble hospitality rendered by Mr Mussaidi is a self examples.Rooms is very clean and House Keeping Head In Charged is always checking the standard.Restaurant is serving very good food, good selections and value for money....Food during breakfast is wide selections,you must empty your stomach before you refills...Service staffs is very friendly and will great you even in passing by...do look for Khalila if i got that name correct if you have a chance, she will assist you for any special requests.I like their Nasi Goreng Nusantara ,taste is so good and is only limited time available.Great leadership of this Hotel Management and congrats to their General Manager for his leadership as a fine examples leadership towards his staffs...I must come back to this hotel again..
