  the location very strategic besides the staf are also helpful and friendly. It really suitable for those are looking for reasonable price and i have been looking for other place, its no same as this place. My room are clean and not as the other bad review. we are looking further from this accomodation next time if in langkawi

  The reception is old small dirty house. The older lady first what she will say - apologies at this moment we don't have hot water. It has never been here. Everyone lies at the reception. There is no access to the internet. The corridor looks like a horror movie and is dirty. Bedding is dirty and torn. At the same price you can have much better conditions. stay away from this place.

  Room ad overview does not look like what we received. I was very surprised by the broken pipe,the room smelled,the filth looked dirty and most I could not accept, the room wall and bathroom walls were so dirty! When my husband graduated well to change rooms, various reasons. Hard and everything. Even we should talk well to avoid any fight. But the employee does not endorse our discretion! Even telling us in Kelantan say we're a kid? I really understand what it says. I chose this rest house at first because based on the pictures provided the toilet was very clean and comparable to the price, undeniably the advantages Affordable price for the beach.But! Indirect cleanliness is maintained.We may be less agitated if we can change the room because the toilet is very unreasonable.Communication between top employers and workers is very bad! We made a call to the upper room to request a room change, and agreed upon by the above party. When meeting with his employees, his employees say the top party is not in exchange !? We resubmit the superior over and over again, and are not answered. I feel very foolish, not only by the employees but also with the Superior. In this regard I feel that it is not just a rude employee, the management is also involved. Due to the fact that we were very angry, we did not spend the night here and continue to return keys and rent at another hotel. Because there is no discretion we are forced to rent another forget about that night. I hope no more hit customers like we are facing. Maybe not ours here.

  Don't ever think of staying here!

  We are in Pentai Cenang at the moment and every day we cut through the property to the beach.We have travelled all over S E Asia staying in budget hotels and guesthouses many times. I have never seen any rooms so disgusting in all my time! If I had booked to stay here I would walk right out! Dark, dingy, dirty. Filthy pillows and mattresses and that's just from looking in the rooms from the outside without close inspection!I am surprised that any self respecting hotel sites are even selling the rooms.Seriously I was so shocked and even though we are luckily not staying there, I felt compelled to post this up as a regular Trip Advisor user. I wouldn't want my cat sleeping in there. Please take heed x

  Next to the beach

  We had the family room which was right in front of the beach! Happy! Anyway please don't expect much from the room. There is only beds, TV (we never use), 2 seasoned towels and a toilet/shower which has malfunctioned water heater. We did not complain much because as long as we can live haha! Anyway, pipe was partly broken, we also saw snail coming from the toilet drain which can give little surprise to some urban people but that is not an issue to us! That snail actually tells how close the place is with nature and kampong-environment! Surprisingly we had quite good sleep actually. Only hopes the bedsheet will be updated/new to add more comfy. Overall, NOT BAD. We can come again. But wish the owner will be more sensitive on the maintenance of the properties. I talked to the staffs on broken pipes, aircond etc that needed attention but was asked to tell the maintenance guy directly myself which I missed. The staffs are friendly, just like typical locals I know.
