  Hotel Transylvania is here. And not in a good way.

  The worst hotel I have ever lived in. Period. Wires hanging out from behind and side of the bed, and not just one or two. A bunch of it. A serious life hazard. The carpet seems like have not been washed since 5-6 years. All fittings are worn out completely. Oh the breakfast is just some gruel stuff. I could not identify a single one of the item there. This was so bad that we had to run out of the breakfast to eat somewhere else and then searched and booked another hotel and came and immediately checked out of this hell hole. Dont dont and dont go here. This should not be in operation. This should be shut down for renovation and then opened for people or else should be out of operation. Simple. I feel bad for the poor staff who have to face all this. Please dont go here.

  A family visit on affordable budget

  Hello everyone. I had visited Langkawi in May 19 and stayed at Green Village, Pantai Tengah for t04 days. A pleasanrt stay at the hotel with all amenities like swimming pool, family rooms, buffet breakfast, toiletries and other amenities. The staff was also very corteous and welcoming. They assisted on each and every aspect to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is even near to the Panti Cenang beach. A wonderful place to stay for families on a budget.

  Poor Maintenance and Poor Staff Service

  When we arrived to the resort, no one in the reception. There were some guests or staffs (we don't know as they are not wearing uniform) playing pool in front of the counter, we waited until we asked how long we need to wait for check in. Then, there was a young man approached us and proceed our check in. There was no any briefing and don't even inform us what time our breakfast and where we should have our breakfast. No assistance at all for carry our luggage as we had to walked by certain distance to reach our room and there is the sand ground. Really terrible hospitality service. The room and the hotel really poor maintenance eventually. There were a lot of lizard poo on the floor and cobwebs on the wall and ceiling. Cracking marble floor which hurt our feet. The most disgust is when we opened the water at the basin, the water was yellowish and same goes to toilet bowl as well. It was like such a long long period didn't stay by guests. We will never come back!!

  If you get like we did around £20 a night including breakfast then you have a bargain.Staff were so helpful,there are some good facilities, position is handy etc.The downside is parts are run down, the pool is not well kept,the bathroom is badly designed etc.We would certainly return at the same price,and hope to soon.

  i love the ambiance of the place. its very quite and if you want to get rid of tge stressful life of the city. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed. Our big room lived up to its name. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy and we slept like babies. The pool was enjoyable. Breakfast at was yummy and filling. Will definitely stay again when we are in Langkawi p.s THIS IS ALSO GOOD FOR HONEYMOONERS
