    Nice hotel, we enjoyed staying here. Food very good and very clean and spacious my family enjoyed in the swimming pool. Only thing I found it's little distance from main tourist area

    I had not considered Langkawi Greenish Hotel as my preferred choice before, but this trip my itinerary wasn’t focused on selecting the best hotels. To my pleasant surprise, the service made my stay memorable.At the front desk, Ms. Ida handled my requests with care and accommodated all my preferences. She was friendly, attentive, and truly embodied great customer service. At the restaurant entrance, an Indian girl staff member (whose name I unfortunately missed) was very helpful in assisting me with plates and ensuring I was comfortable.Overall, I had a great stay thanks to the warm and professional service. The only drawback was the * POOR lighting inside the room* Asked MYR10 for additional pillows 👎* Additional key car, can't be provided. which could be improved for a better guest experience.and I loved the selfie mirror in the lift and the lighting ❣️

    The rooms were neat and clean, but they were old, and not everything was functional. The bidet in the bathroom was broken, had access to the swimming pool. Breakfast was available, and there was also a vending machine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    We booked this hotel due to the good reviews it had on a number of sites. What a mistake that was. These are plenty of nice hotels in the area with a similar price. I would advise looking for anywhere else to stay, it’s awful We requested a quiet room on a high floor with the sun in the afternoon due to there being a mosque only 300m from the hotel on the other side of the hotel. We got a high floor right next to the lift so there was noise all day and nightThe hotel only had 2 Sunbeds. Both of which are broken and wedged up. If either had of collapsed it would cause injuries The pool is filthy with bits floating in it. It seems that they have the pumps and the filters turned offWe went for breakfast and initial though was this is ok. That was until we saw all the flies over everything & when it was replaced it was not covered but just plonked on top of the fly riddled other things. Totally not fit for human consumption The too and corridor Carpets are filthy &smell of dampDoor lock was broken and was repaired with what looked lite an aluminium curtain hook. Not fit for purpose and definitely not secureTiny safe can’t get iPad inBed like a brick and kept me awake every hour or so due to being so hardBathroom a disgrace, looked like a bath had been pulled out and a bit of paint thrown on to hide the bare plasterCan’t open curtains Fridge smelled so bad that drinks we put in there could not be drank as they smelled of damp stale fridge

    We happened to book this hotel by chance as we were booked somewhere else and had to cancel last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances. Checkin was smooth, no hassles. Staff was prompt. They have a vending machine in the hotel for a few snacks and drinks available. There is also small supermarket close by and another bigger shopping centre as well if you do need anything last minute.Breakfast options were limited for both the days we were there. Eggs to order was there on our second day so that was a good thing. We used Grab cabs to get around the place and we got them quickly from the hotel area. All in all the hotel is a neat and clean place to stay. We were there just to rest mainly as we were out most of the time.
