  Decent accomodation at excellent location

  An old property with an excellent location right on the Cenang beach. The rooms were spacious with clean linen, but smelled badly. On request, we were shifted to higher floor and better rooms. Complimentary tea coffee and bottled drinking waters provided. The buffet breakfast comes at additional cost. The resort opens on the beach and there are nice sit outs where one can enjoy viewing the sea sports. There's a swimming pool, overly crowded mostly with kids. The resort also has beachfront wooden chalets, none of which were available.

  Would give no stars if I could!!

  Would advise anyone not to stay at this resort! From lights not working to shower drain backing up and flooding the bathroom to having cockroaches running around the room this was the worst place I have ever stayed. Don’t be fooled by the photos on the website the pool area is small and there are no sun beds if fact it’s just used by all the local kids screaming from morning til night. This place is appalling please don’t stay here!To top it all we checked out early and the rude woman on reception refused to refund the deposit for the room key so they robbed us as well

  Make Sure You Get the Room You Booked

  I am very disappointed with my stay.I booked a premium double room in the main building, but was initially given a standard room in the old building, which is clearly a lower category (about RM200 cheaper). When I asked, the receptionist responded in a confusing and unhelpful manner which was she asked me back “u want the room that doesn’t have view?” What i want is what i paid for!Actually i know the room type bc i stayed in this hotel last year. If I had not stayed here before, I might have been misled into accepting a lower-category room. I’m concerned that other guests who are unfamiliar with the room types may experience the same.After insisting, she reassigned a room — but again, it was the wrong type (premium twin, lower price than what I paid).We had to go back to reception for the second time, and instead of apologising, she simply asked, “You didn’t use anything yet?” — which felt unprofessionally.So, im not sure if this is the hotel strategy or the receptionist manner.

  The breakfast was decent and delicious the best we've had on our travels!So many great dining options.Easy access to everywhere from SPA to attractions booth, chocolate shops , souvenir shops ,many night markets , mini marts , 711 , Chenang Mall , even coin laundry just round the areas. View was amazing! Great entertainment along the way. There’s Fire shows too. Just love it!

  Room size is superb with beach facing balcony

  Resort Location is just perfect. The street outside is bustling with eateries, shops and beach on the other side. Service, room cleanliness, sleep quality, restaurant, everything is great. 2-3 Indian restaurants outside are really good. Prefer rooms in the new building and upper floors. Room nos. 4019 onwards give a super view of the beach from the balcony.
