    Very NOT recommendedI stayed here 4 days without water heater. Told the concierge then concierge send maintenance.Maintenance said just open the tab for 15 mins then there will be hot water.After opening tab for 1 hour no hot water.The next day told the concierge and the cycle continues

    My first time staying at this hotel. The room at level 4 was not up to my expectation, and I was so frustrated with facilities which were not well kept. Drainage and sewage problem, smelly, bath tub shower hose not functioning..the toilet is close to the wall and hanger. Hotel is all about experience, comfort and should be able to provide satisfaction. This one is disaster. Even tough its an old property but comfort must be on top of the list. I wont return until they refurbish the room.

    Nice Hotel. Clean and really comfortable bed and lots of pillows and throw cushions and super thick comforter! .However strict on outside food (not allowed or risk fine of Rm200) 1st time I see a hotel imposing fine for outside food. and late checkout are charged penalty of Rm50 till 3pm. Super high counter for reception (check in/check out) I just wonder why they created it that way. Kinda inconvenient. Ample parking space. Walking distance to Aman Central shopping mall. They still insist for Rm100 deposit even though I have paid my room upfront. Shower was not working well so we had to get a maintenance guy to check.. The hot water tap apparently turns to right instead of left like usual. Bath tub in toilet too..

    Facilities clean and comfortable. No outside food policy so you dun smell like food. Arrived and was given a bath bomb as a welcome amenities. Great location nearby to Aman Central mall & the Alor Setar Tower. By far good stay and cannot complain much for a 3 star hotel..
