    Giving this place a 1 star is too much already, I would never recommend anyone to stay here firstly the customer service there is horrible no one is helpful or always has some excuse to why we can’t help sorry! The rooms are not what you see in the photos the room me and my family got was old falling apart and smells, the air conditioning is also terrible. The bathrooms they should be embarrassed I’ll upload photos it’s not clean and the towels look 100 years old and if you ask for more they won’t give extra it’s a policy you can only have two per day which is ridiculous when you have a family !!! I found snot dried up on the bed walls which is disgusted, the food was also nothing special if you want a coffee just leave and get one outside they serve coffee in jars it’s weird . No many options and not enough food we had to wait for bread . We actually booked to stay 5 night we did two and wanted to leave we told reception they actually didn’t say anything or cared to why we wanted to leave all they cared about was did you bring that dumb paper we printed for you at the start so we can check you out!!!! Seriously my husband was so upset he was like you can see we are not happy and you can look it up on your system . They were annoyed and rude so we took out bags and left they didn’t offer to help with our bags or anything or was concerned to why we didn’t want to stay or even say we can refund you some money or even see as to why we left so early ! My husband did explain a little to them but he could see they didn’t care and he was like I just want to get out of this horrible place ! Also when you first walk in it stinks 😷 All me and my family wanted was to stay for the new years and and enjoy the local area and celebrate together we love Langkawi we have been before it we stayed on the other side is the island and loved it but this place killed it for us honestly my sister also came on this trip with us and I asked for a two bedroom and I got two separate rooms across from each other and the weird part was when we walked into our room the room next door has a door to enter from our same room which was open and they were cleaning for the next guest I was horrified I could just open and see the room and they came quickly and said we need to close this umm why was it open to start with. And to add to that you can hear the people next to because it’s just a door that separates you and they were soo loud we couldn’t help this place it kept getting worse and it’s not that cheap because we went around Christmas new year and not worthy my money at all !!!! I would never recommend

    I had booked three nights and couldn’t stay one; and with no option of a refundable stay on booking.com we had to pay the whole amount! This is a very low standard hotel with yellow stained pillows, hairs on the pillow and stale smelly corridors and rooms. Also the bathroom was dirty and the shower head loose and rusted

    We went for a family vacation right after raya week. The check-in was quick and efficient. You have to check-in at the main hotel. It is a full service apartment with 3 bedroom and a living room with kitchenette + 2 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

    we arrived early 1 hour before 3pm n we think can we stay directly unfortunately we cant coz check in time is 3pm,n the guy said if we to go to the room early we need to pay rm60 for that,..is ok for that we understand the procedure,even we dont get any greeting from your staff there,is it bcoz we are langkawi people???..after we go the room,we go inside is very dispointed coz the room is not like what we see in the web,got hair on the floor,dusting,the ceiling fan is too dirty n got many dust in the fan,minibar area still got stain for the coffee previously also the toilet no proper clean,in the bed linen got stain,wc cover no clean at all,from out side the ac outdoor leaking n got water in balcony..for the room dining food is terrible at all,we order seaview chicken burger,local fried rice n kids fish n chips,is was bad to see fries myb they use the oil for many times ..color not like fries color,for the fish n chips the fish very smelly till i cant eat it..for that i call room service to return back the order..y u still make it if u know the is smelly?????the owner u should know about this...if from the begining check in u guys follow the procedure y not in the food department also??? this is my 2nd stay here...for the 1st is very nice to stay n nice food,nice service,maybe bcoz we are walk-in gst i think,.but for this time i think all staff change ready also the invironment for the service to...

    They booked a sunset cruise for us. We stipulated that we wanted the one with free flow food and drinks. They booked us on the only halal cruise in Langkawi. We only found out as we were about to board. We asked the guide if we could skip it and get a refund, and he said "yes contact your agent". We went back to the hotel where we booked and paid for it and they refused to refund us. Spoilt the holiday.
