    Stayed here and had a terrible experience. Brought the issues to staff during my stay and they did nothing. Called back to follow up — still nothing. Escalated to Best Western support and got no resolution or follow-up. Disappointed with this location and with Best Western as a whole for failing to address it. I avoid Best Western when possible now and will never stay at this location again.

    The entire hotel has a bit of an odd smell to it, but otherwise, we found the room and general areas to be very clean and well cared for. The location is close to lots of stores, shopping, and the highway, but also not too far from downtown. The pool is small and was very crowded, and the breakfast was lacking. Overall, it was a pretty average family hotel stay.

    We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel for its spacious clean suites, comfortable beds, pet friendly rooms, proximity to the city, and the pool. What made this visit exceptional was the attention to accessibility needs with the offer to deliver a shower chair to our room, something I did not know was an option before.. A game changer that turned showering from a painful chore to a pleasure.

    A great location, clean rooms and a great breakfast provided. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. A good value as it is reasonably priced and has nice rooms.
