    Gave us a room with lots of stain and iron burnt marks in the carpet. Toilet bowl leaked at the back collar. Changed to new room. Same condition, dirty water leak from toilet bowl. Definitely not a place to stay.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were really spacious, giving me plenty of room to unwind. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for comfort and a solid breakfast to start your day.

    Terrible!I am still inhouse while writing this. Just refer to the picts. I could have change hotel but i have paid. The safebox was malfunction and there were an used mineral water inside, signed of previous guests. Called to fix the safebox, 45mins no one turn up. had to cancel as i needed to go out for dinner. Safety is a major issue here, what more to say the cleanliness. The hotel is belonged to the GLC of SUDC, and its such an embarrassment! Will try to find alternative stay. Couldnt take it!

    Maybe it was a good hotel But now, a real problem ! Wifi horrible ! How we can work wihtout wifi in a « business » hotel ?! Please we are in the 21st century.Plus... the carpet of my room was very, very dirty, my bed hav stains in the sheets !!No.... no.... no and no....The staff was very kind, the only positive thing

    The number of visitors seems high and reviews seem decent but my family had a poor impression of this hotel. Tucked in the middle of a dead zone, with just residential around, nothing happening in its surrounding. Hotel was attached to a mall that seems to be dying. No activity outside of the mall. The building is old and in need of repair.It had 3 lifts but only 1 was working and the door sensors were not that kind. The lift doors kept closing in on people. When the only working lift was travelling, it was so loud that the lifts seem to be straining. It also would stop on floors with a gap to the floor, dangerous. Surprisingly many guest were staying. It was quite well patronised. The rooms were very old. Carpet had stains, dark spotted and one part of the room had a burnt stain on the carpet of an iron clearly left on the carpet too long!The toilets had tiles breaking and was old. When we arrive, no towels and toilet paper were offered so we had to request for it. While this being the case, the view was very nice at night. They gave us a high floor. The toilets, sheets and tables were clean so good job!It was a 1 night stay so I guess it was OK. Breakfast was basic.
