  Booked from Agoda for a decent price. We stay for one night and we feels like home. Rooms are comfy and clean. Tv channel not too many selection. Reception are nice and helpful.. Check in and out are super easy and fast. There's a gym and pool on the top floor. Lots of parking space and it's free. Keep up the good service BV Suites Hotel!

  Okay room but awful service and locations description/detail

  Booked via hotels.com. Part of the description is for a completely different location in KK. When I tried to find the location by using Grab, it put the hotel in multiple locations around KK. After over an hour of looking around google maps and unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel and hotel.com, we took a guess that the hotel swimming pool matched a satellite view via google maps and referenced the Sky hotel which is in the same building. When I said this at reception on checking in, they visibly didn’t care.After being reminded of the charges I would incur for all eventualities including losing the room key card, we checked into a large apartment. Fine, but it smelt of stale cigarettes. Not much warm water in the shower.At checkout, the staff were extremely rude, and didn’t communicate why they took so long to check us out. I had to ask several times. There was also a conversation from the person bringing our bags downstairs that indicated an annoyance at helping and an expectation that I would be tipping. Quite rude considering I was next to them.I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again unless o got really stuck.

  Stay for a night. The room is spacious & clean. Equipped with kitchenette, very convenience. The only con is the room wall is thin, noisy if there are people talking at the corridor/walkway.The hotel is near to the city. About 4 minutes by Grab from hotel to KK waterfront.

  Firstly I would like to recommend people to stay here if they like an apartment style hotel where you can cook. Checked in, not much said by staff except additional deposit for guarantee and Wi-Fi. Entering the life and oh boy was it confusing. Kept hitting the floor button and won't light up.. turn out you have to scan your room key first. Upon entering the room, was amazed how simple and clean the room is. Booked a room for 3 people, had 1 king and 1 double bed with a large counter kitchen space and a large space of room near the TV. Honestly if this was a hotel where people can sneak in, this place can sleep 10 people easily.. on the floors and sofa though haha. Anyways highly recommended others to stay here.

  We were forced in a situation to book this hotel to have a bed to sleep in.Ooh boy this is a real example of a well designed building with a lot of potential but due to very bad management / maintenance and cleaning this hotel will be totally run down in a couple years.Really dirty, non-smoking rooms smelling smoke, cigaret leftovers on the terrace, non-working and not finished items in the rooms...I can go on and on.For the price of 430 Rm this was a total ripoff (in the Marriott one can have a room at 600...).Never come again...
