Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 275 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     I was on holidays to Malaysia for 1 month. Stayed in many beautiful hotels. By far this is the worst. Don’t ever book this hotel. They don’t care about you . Workmen started drilling while you’re trying to sleep. Called front office and they asked you to endure. You have paid the money for a full day of restful sleep. Please choose another hotel for your own sake. We are truly sorry that the noise from the drilling severely compromised your well-deserved holiday and rest, and we deeply regret that the response you received when you contacted the Front Office did not meet our standards of care.The noise you experienced was due to essential, temporary air conditioning pipe replacement work. We understand how severely this impacted your stay and your ability to enjoy a full day of restful sleep.Please be assured that this was a temporary measure. The work was strictly carried out on and off between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to minimize disturbance during most rest times. Most importantly, I am pleased to confirm that this entire air conditioning pipe replacement project was fully completed last week. Future guests will no longer be affected by this issue.We are taking immediate steps to address the handling of such complaints internally to ensure all our guests are treated with the utmost care and respect, regardless of the situation.We sincerely hope you will reconsider and allow us the opportunity to provide you with a truly restful and pleasant stay in the future.Regards,Sherry YeeGeneral Manager
