The breakfast was mega! We only stayed one night & didn't spend much time in the hotel, winter visit so can't comment on the summer outdoor pool. Decor really nice, room was spotless and had 3 single beds pushed together for me, my husband and our 7 year old, he loved it, the huge bed ha. Room was warm, tea & coffee provided. The buffet breakfast was our highlight, I've been disappointed with continental breakfast before but this one was 10 out of 10! Also ideal location for bernabeu tour, around 10 minutes walk

Nice, cozy hotel, close to Bernabeu

I stayed at Luze Castellana in Madrid with my son in July 2025, as he wanted to see Santiago Bernabeu, and I found this hotel. The service, check-in, and check-out worked perfectly, the rooms are really nice, and the breakfast is also very good. The hotel is within walking distance of Santiago Bernabeu (it takes about 30 minutes to walk there). The only issue is dinner. There’s no restaurant at the hotel (only breakfast), and no proper restaurants nearby. Of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s just useful information so you know to plan ahead for dinner. Next time we visit Bernabeu, I’ll gladly stay here again.

I stayed here for a Real Madrid v Valencia match. It is close by to metro stations and restaurants and fast food options. The breakfast buffet was good. Typical buffet with some of the local foods such as Spanish torta and churros. The room was pretty spacious for European standards. It is a bit hidden on a side street near an apartment and some type of business offices. My flight got in early and they were able to check me in around 1200pm.

Brilliant hotel! Great rooms very clean comfortable beds fridge with water supplied kettle tea coffee toiletries everything you need. Breakfast is 13.50 euros each and fantastic help yourself buffet filled us up for the day with so much choice. Ideally located for the Santiago Bernabéu about 10 minutes walk. We got the bus into centre of Madrid 1.50 euro each then walked back took about an hour but lovely walk. We got the train from the airport 10 euros each and got a taxi back to the airport 33 euros would recommend this hotel to anyone lovely friendly helpful staff as well

Comfortable hotel located in the Madrid Business District

Comfortable hotel situated in the Madrid business district. The room was quiet clean and comfortable. It had a kettle, tea, coffee and water provided. Breakfast was a buffet, fresh and plentiful. The hotel was about 7 mins walk from the Metro Station which we managed to navigate. An excellent Carafour supermarket was located about 5 minutes walk away to top up on snacks, wine and food.
