  I was with my wife booked Goldenhill Hotel reroute to Taipei the next morning. We were told the airport transfer were free to and from airport ETA. 1515hrs on 13Sep2019.After custom clearance around 1530hrs,we waited till 1605hrs before I made a calll confirming if the driver is picking us up or not and were told to wait 25mins as the driver was on his way. To my astonishment, the hotel was less the 2km away, why he needs 25mins to reach the airport?? When he finally reaches the airport at 1635hrs,he didn't even bother to look for us, Just sitting in the van playing with his phone. I finally saw him and walked over myself and asked him why takes him that long to fetch us and why can't even have the courtesy to call us to take alternative transport instead of making us wait that long!! To my surprise, he answered me he has other work to do and it's alright for us to wait since the transfer is free!! Wow, what a dedicated staff this hotel has hired. He even told me to take grab car or taxi if I'm not happy. I only hope the management will look into this matter .This will be my last visit here and definitely a no recommendation to anyone even for a stopover stay

  Good option for overnight flight transit

  Located in a small town near airport, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel provides free transportation to and from airport even in midnight or early morning. Simple and clean rooms, value for money if you just plan for short stay for overnight flight transit.

  Clean, friendly staff & low budget cost

  Check-in very smooth. Reception are friendly. Booked room for late flight departure. Room is affordable. Choose room at ground floor so easy to bring luggage. No need to take staircase. Location easy access. 2-3 minutes drive to the Tanjung Aru Beach. There is also 3 small and budget hotels nearby. Easy to find food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Mamak Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant & Malay Restaurant available). There is Orange Shop similar to 7 Eleven convenient store where you can buy things. Small wet market and others mini market nearby. The most important thing, you do not have to worry for transportation to or from airport. Hotel provide free shuttle but you need to reconfirm with the hotel your pick up time so that driver will be ready to pick you up by the time mentioned.

  Valuable stay with excellence staff. Nice hotel lobby. Rooms a bit run down and dark. Need newer bed linen, pillow case and cleaner toilet. Wifi is not function but is okay with us as we have our own data.

  Free shuttle, worth the price.

  Free shuttle from and to airport thats the main advantage. You save RM 30 per way. Driver was punctual.Basic room for basic traveller. Only 2 pillows. We stayed for a night only before heading to kundasang. Clean toilet, clean room. for a $20 per night, do not expect a 5 star facilities. Basic facilities but sufficient.Staffs were friendly. Everything was good.
