    Good value for money!

    It's definitely one of the best budget hotels in the area. It's about 12 mins walk to Gaya Street. The bedroom condition and lobby are good and clean. The staff are very friendly. 7-Eleven, KFC, mamak are around just in case you need a quick fix. Overall value for money compared to the budget hotels that I have stayed or viewed.

    Located in the middle of the city, no lift, nice air condition, water heater shower, small room but functional, friendly staffs, clean and safe, lots of 24 hours stores around the hotel as well as fast food.Don't expect anything more than your standard requirements. After all, what I need for this trip was just a clean, safe place for me to put my luggages, sleep and shower.

    this small hotel near the center of town is decent for a few nights. At about $22 a night, it's modern/new and clean. Rooms are very but for a few nights, it's fine. You can walk to anywhere from it too. Make sure you book a room with a window though. And there is no elevator and it's 4 floors, FYI.
