  As returnees, sadly to share these experiences however a crucial to share. As usual very helpful with the check in process handle by Aizak (might spell it wrongly), booked for two rooms. Later we got problem with bed sheet; linen with a blood stains. Quick recovery change to another room which end up no water. Then to another room with another defect; air conditioning aka sauna room! Doesn’t work. After the final room, we decided to accept the on and off water problem, since we like the hotel so much based on sentimental value as returnee. However, on the last day, Aizam charges us RM 50 due to ridiculous stains (not even blood) and this is making us down a lot! WE chewed all the faulty, poor, defects for two nights and this what we got, paying a stain that is major with the cost of my baby formula milk! When we ask for the receipt (charges for the stain) all we got just a non-official receipt! OMG

  Room for improvement

  Lack of many things such as water and hair dryer. Very noisy during sleeping time. Everynight got someone moving table. The noisy sound is not short time It's moving table quite long time. Almost one to two hours. Or even midnight still have . It's very very very noisy and very disturbing customers. All customer need rest time and enough sleep for tomorrow hunting activity. Other than that is satisfied.

  This is the worst hotel experience in my life. I managed to book this hotel because of promotional price (RM 50) from Traveloka. I thought I was lucky. But it was the beginning of my nightmare.First of all, there was not enough blanket so I asked for 1 from the counter. they charge me for RM 6 !When I go to sleep I found out I was bitten by something. I thought it was mosquito but I don't see any and my whole body was being bitten. My wife said I was having body reaction because of eating seafood but I never eat any seafood in 2 days.My whole body is red and so itchy that I cannot sleep the whole night. The whole skin looks like zombie skin.At 4 o clock I can't stand anymore and we look carefully at the bed . And we saw this big insect crawling on the bed full of my blood ! see the picture attach.We quickly check out and move to a RM30 hotel.

  Paid 90 RM for a room for 3.Tiles were broken, both for the floors and wallstoilet is way too small and does not have proper hangars. Very little soap provided and the towels smelled funnybed was good enoughair conditioning was noisyplace was quiet though so you wont be disturbed

  Centrally located above the New Keung Kee chinese resturant. Although the restaurants nearby arre very busy, the rooms are surprising quiet.Cleaniness is OK but many facilities are going to run down. Check them out.The receptionists insisted that the cheaper but more good valued single rooms are booked but turned out to be vacant. I was pursuaded to stay in the more expensive room. You can get a much lower price from agoda alike rather than walk in (as I did).The government tax was not mentioned until I. Handed out into her hands.That is a matter of honour and fair and shoild not be. hidden.
