Location

The hotel is centrally located in Sandakan, Sabah, accessible from the town centre and within walking distance of public transportation. The hotel is surrounded by entertainment centres and the city's favourite tourist attractions. The Sepilok-Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, the Rainforest Discovery Centre, The Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary and the Sandakan Crocodile Farm are all within easy reach of the hotel.

The hotel has 22 single rooms and 22 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.     Lovely resort in northern Floripa

    Really nice resort - we stayed during carnival and it was lovely. The beach just across the little lagoon was beautiful, and they take you there by boat if you don’t want to walk around- chairs and umbrellas are provided by the resort. The resort itself had good food, friendly staff (including some English speaking staff), and even had some nice live music for carnival. Highly recommend.

    The place seemed to be nice. But we had a horrible first experience with one front desk guy called Victor. Horrible energy, rude and passive aggressive… after talk with the manager and make the payment (which is very confusing) we got the keys of our rooms. The room was ok, but very basic for the prices, the closed had lots of stains and wood falling. The towels were everything but soft. The breakfast was ok, the staff is very confusing and some of them (they come speaking Spanish to you in a Portuguese speaking country) are intimidating… definitely no way to return there !     Good room, very friendly staff. A very rich buffet for breakfast and dinner.We had an accident, and they were very prompt in arranging transportation to get us to the clinic, with a Spanish-speaking driver, which made the situation much easier.Toward the end of the day, however, when we wanted to sleep in later, we couldn't due to noise from roof repairs and equipment cleaning with a hydraulic hose under our room... Perhaps they could do this at other times (roof) or locations (hydraulic hose).     Nice property with friendly people, but I feel a little overpriced

    The staff is very nice, the property is well maintained, the food was good. However, know that you are not directly on a beach and you either need to walk around the lagoon or take a small boat across. Quanto a lagoa em frente ao hotel ela é mencionada em todas as plataformas de venda assim como a necessidade do barco para atravessar ou o caminho ao lado do hotel que dá para ir a pé e leva poucos minutos.     Don’t let the pictures deceive you, the pool is a postage stamp, the location is far from everything, the food is a 0

    The location is not desirable, the food is poor, the pool and area is very small, it was nothing like the pictures the room was tiny. This whole experience was a waste of my valuable vacation. I will not be returning.
