Location

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 288 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     I had another wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staffs were exceptionally kind and attentive. The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel is admirable. I highly recommend Hyatt for solo travelers and family trips.

    Outstsnding service by fabulous staff at the hotel... they understood our needs be it for tour, food and special requirements. Just amaxing how they all took care of us.

    Hotel needs some refurbishing in the rooms, remove the carpet as it's a bit mouldy smell. Overall stay is good and will come back.

    I picked this hotel in a hurry on the Hyatts reputation but was disappointed. It’s an older hotel which is fair enough but I found certain things lacking. The tea/ coffee offering in the room consisted of a few tea bags, powdered milk and 3 sachets of instant coffee. The breakfast was average in that the western selection was eggs and a couple of (to me) strange offerings (chicken casserole being one). You help yourself to cutlery from an old wooden box on the table. Having said the above the staff were very nice and professional.
