    Last week, I went to Mangkuk 39 with some friends since they recommended checking out a new restaurant in town. The desserts and laksa sarawak are excellent! I thought that due of my negative experience here, I would never again set foot in this hotel. But the foods are delicious. Previously, I attempted to contact the sales team by phone and WhatsApp early this year, but they never responded. I've never dealt with a worse sales crew. In the end, I spent my Gala Night at a different hotel.

    my favorite hotel during all business trips for past few years but my worst experience due to lack of professional service:-1) air conditioning was not working as required 2) no face towels3) shower nozzle was filthy4) fridge not working5) no coffee sachets

    This hotel is getting worse and worse. Breakfast still sucks never improves. The towel is no longer fluffy and white. Its hard and stinks and looks old. Really horrible. Really need to make some improvements here

    During the check-in, they wanted to save my credit card information to try to Records’a them into their system without my permission and for no reliable reason. They said they deleted them upon my objection. I hope so. The room was not swept. No hot water although there is cold water. The breakfast is the worst breakfast I've ever seen in my life.
