    Great experience staying at Ming Garden Hotel & Residences

    Room are cleans, near to IMAGO Shopping mall, staff are friendly and breakfast are good and varieties. They have gym and pool open at 7 am - 8 pm. Can bring kids enjoy the pool. They have parking at Basement B1 & B2.

    Really bad experience. Food was terrible, there was even 3cm wire gauze in the food. Service workers slacked off. Do not recommend here at all! We bought this case to the court and they denied everything!

    My 2 day stay was not as expected. Before there was no problem with cleanliness. But this time my stay was very disappointing. The floor was wet, the bathroom had a lot of hair. The facilities were broken. The guidance from the FO on how to access other buildings to the room was also unclear.

    This hotel offers great value given its proximity to Imago Mall and the Airport. Unfortunately, there was no free airport transfer, contrary to what I had read when booking hotel. The limousine service costs RM60, while a 6-seater Grab is less than half price The rooms were spacious with good water pressure on the 5th floor, where we booked two rooms. Unfortunately, they could not provide a twin bed for my children, as requested when I booked five months ago. Nonetheless, the bed was firm and provided excellent sleep quality. Walking to Imago Mall takes about 10 to 15 along the highway and across the overhead. The view from my window overlooked a small river and a junior school directly opposite. We did not have the opportunity to explore the hotel's facilities, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. A cost-effective choice.

    Don't pay more for an upgraded room or breakfast. Clean rooms and nice pool, staff are nice too.

    For our stay we opted to pay more and go for a larger residence room with a kitchenette. We thought this would mean we could make some meals of our own but the kitchenette was just cupboard space with a kettle, a regular sized fridge and a sink - nothing a regular hotel room doesn't have. Our room nice and large, it was clean, but upon having a shower we noticed after 2 or 3 minutes the water begins to come out of the drain in the bathroom and floods. We also only had 1 towel. We raised these issues with reception and we got an extra towel but nothing changed with the bathroom situation. The residence also smelt strongly of cigarettes despite us being told no smoking.The facilities were decent, the gym was aged but it was well maintained and enough for a few days. The pool was nice as well. The breakfast was average. Usually a hotel breakfast will have items like fried or scrambled eggs or an omelette station, bacon of some sort, and sausages. There was only boiled eggs and the food was often cold with little variety of fruits and vegetables. I am gluten free and it was challenging to have a decent breakfast. The hotel its self was in a tricky spot, not very easy to walk to places, but there is a daily shuttle bus to popular destinations , you need to book this in advance. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a few days but I wouldn't bother paying extra for an upgraded room or breakfast. Stay in a basic room in the hotel it would probably be nicer.
