    Ricky at the 1Hotel restaurant in West Hollywood gave the absolute best service! Great communication, very personable and loved how kind he was! Thank you for great service and a wonderful experience! Will definitely be coming back soon!!! Food was phenomenal as well! Can’t wait to see how my plant turns out! Cool idea.

    The description on the hotels website doesn't fit to what we found on our two nights stay in this hotel. We had a room just nearby the reception and from 6.30 am to 1.00 am there were friends or relatives of the receptionists for discussing and arguing - with the television turned on. We couldn't sleep until late...they don't seem to consider the guests as they don't make an effort to reduce the noise volume.Besides, the room was not very clean and the bathroom very tiny without a separation for the shower and toilet.Asking them for a second bath towel, they wanted to charge 5 ringgit.
