    bad experience stay here, not hot water on shower , linen are used by another guest we can smell, toilet so dirty

    We stayed here as part of a school trip. The rooms were absolutely terrible. Multiple rooms had to be changed due to faulty facilities. Air con leaking all over rooms, doors not unlocking, lights flickering, toilets not flushing, sinks falling off walls , plugs not working, tiles in rooms all cracked rendering it unsafe to walk on barefoot, uncleaned bathrooms, no toilet rolls, cockroach and ants everywhere, I mean the lost goes on. If you are looking for a budget place then there are others I would look at before staying here.

    My 1st stay at this hotel since the location is stategic (walking distance to fav coffee shop, eatery outlet, shopping mall). Overall, so2 customer service. The worst part is smelly pillow, cigarette smells the whole floor (even w no smoking sign). Toilet is blocked! Was told the maintenance can be only fix the nxt day. Really dissapointed. Hv to check out early fm the stated date, move to nearby hotel. Dear Management, there is already many BAD review abt yr hotel. Pls look at the review seriously & do improve further.

    Not a good hotel for family trip,room so not clean n smell of cigarette all over the room n worst inside the toilet n plus toilet can’t even flush properly,for budget traveller shld be ok but not for family stay,from lobby up to the room not well maintain n not clean,can’t stand anymore so hv to check out earlier then schedule to other hotel especially the toilet bowl can’t even flush properly,need lots of improvement if want to do well in hotel industries,never before have I ever encounter such bad experience until I hv to check out earlier from the original check out date,location wise 👍 just need lots of improvements overall

    Bad Service from staff. Aircond not functioning. Bathroom leaking. The only thing good with this hotel only location. The price quite expensive. You can get more good hotel within this price.Overal, good not worth
