  A lot of shop,market and mall nearest with the property, also a lot food stall around the property.Easily access to the business centre and night market.I just walk to the shop lot and safety.the convenience store just downstairs from the property

  The hotel is tastefully decorated. It is exceptionally clean. We love the comfortable bedding. We had a difficult couple of days in Kota Kinabalu and the hotel became our safe haven. It is within walking distance to malls, the waterfront, night market and Filipino market. It is surrounded by restaurants and is right above convenience shops (7Eleven and 99 Speedmart). If you need to arrange any tours, there are tour companies nearby. A self-service laundry is also within its vicinity. Highly recommended.

  If you are coming from Center Point, the hotel is on the right side of the complex block facing the covered walkway. It has great location, central but not crowded/so busy and near restaurants. There are a lot of curry houses, convenience stores and travel agency offices. We got a room with no window but it was okay, it did not feel claustrophobic at all. AC took a while before it cooled the room. I asked for extra hangers as there were only 2 but they didn't have extra available. There's no rack in the bathroom, just a hook to hang your towel/clothes. There's a detachable shower head and rain shower. The bathroom was spacious enough but there was no shower curtain or partition so you will get the toilet and bathroom floor wet. You can probably get a cheaper or better boutique hotel but overall, it was okay.

  The hotel is quite new so the taxi driver might not know where it is. But if you tell tem in tje api api center they will be fine. The room has a normal sice and a attached bathroom. Everything looks quite new. The window is very small and in the direction of the covered courtyard so it is always very dark in the room. All in all a good option to arrive but for the price we expected somrthing different. There is no possibility of getting breakfast in the hotel.

  Ahhh, how to start... The place does not meet the definition of a "boutique"hotel. However - very clean room, nice and newly furbished bathroom, helpful staff and kinda convenient location. On a low note - no breakfast, very small window (so no daylight at all).
