    cheap stay but need improvements

    Pros:1. Huge family room. Literally can fit 6 adults.2. Friendly, polite and helpful staffs3. Reasonably priced (RM470 for 3 nights - family room)4. Efficient housekeeping (can call to request for change of towel, mineral water, tea, coffee etc)5. Central location. Walkable to townCons:1. I am dubious with hole in the bathroom light. (is someone sneakily peeking from upstair?) - I just covered it when showering.2. Poor soundproof. I literally could hear footsteps walking above my head all night.3. Basement parking is RM2 (per entry)4. Dodgy basement (not very safe for girls). 5. Cleanliness needs improvement

    Spacious but need maintenance

    The Family room we stayed in is really spacious but the air conditioning needs servicing! It is not cold and to my horror, there were water dripping when I woke up in the next morning. Part of my luggage and clothing were wet as it was placed under it.It was also noisy as we can hear the people above us walking about. It is very disturbing the whole night.The only thing I like of this place is the locality. It is close to eateries and shopping centre.

    Location is nearby to various attraction such as Oceanus mall and centre point mall. Rooms are spacious and renovated and a big contrast from the external of the worn out building. Cooking allowed in room as they provide us a rice cooker and induction although did not use them. Thanks to front desk for allowing early check in and thanks to housekeeping who attended to our request for baby cot and to change the spoil kettle. Bathroom are very poor due to stuck water outlet after bath. Had to wait for at least one hour between bath for the water to completely drain off. Some lights in the room also flickering. Will give 4 star if these two basic issues were resolved. Take note that hair dryer are provided upon request and maximum 2 hour usage which is kinda hassle...

    The worse hotel ever!!!

    Where we arrived at hotel at 5PM and made all the preparation for check in they told us that our room still isn’t ready!!! They make us to wait, after half hour we try to ask why our room still isn’t ready, no explanation, instead of this they offer to us another one. On this all good news finish, because when we get to the room it was just one big disappointment!!! First of all room is big, but very dark!! All around the room was carpet, that was mega dirty in marks all over it and plus mega dusty and a lot of hair!! They gave us family room, that why we had two double beds, unfortunately on one of the beds mattress was broken in the middle so it was not possible to sleep there. Table where was tea part and dirty cups was also mega dirty!! It was marks from cups bottles and food all over it, like they never clean it!! Fridge was dirty and inside and outside!! Around was so many dust and hair , like they didn’t clean it in years!!! Bathroom all in mold without soup!!! All night was coming water from air conditioner!!! We had here 6 nights but we canceled them and move out!! It is very dirty and not safe place!!

    I stay for 5 night in this apartment, the room was good and the staff there really friendly. the apartment near to shopping mall like oceanus and centre point. The room which i stay is really near to MCD.
