    Hotel is ckean and superb staff service. Location is only 1 km from the city center. Offered various selectiob of menus. Had our lunch and dinner, so delicious. Rented a car while in Kota Kinabalu and hotel car park is more than enough. Did not a have a major trafic flow. Highly recomended.     Room is spacious and clean, with comfy beds. Secure parking is sufficent. The hotel is next to Tabung haji building, so ATM is just walking distance. Fast checkin. Breakfast was okay. For the price this hotel is beyond expectation.

    The room are spacious and comfortable.And love the spacious wardrobe and iron facilities.Love the cozy bed and also nice bathroom. However, they dont offer extra bed service in which i feel quiet a lack of services with the spacious room they have.The facilities are good because i attend a seminar in this hotel. The cafe food are also delicious which located at the lobby.But the improvement on breakfast menu are recommended. And the presentation of the buffet, refill time and also the cleanliness of the cafe area.The table also are somehow not balance and might need some repair.I love the lady who own the convenient store at the lobby as she offered to us kurma when i shop some junk food there. Really nice lady.A lot of improvement can be made on those highlighted point.     Hotel needs improvement

    Stayed in their triple room. The facilities is okay and the interior design is nice. But there are few setback that will make me think twice to stay at this hotel again.The room has a musty smell while the bathroom is a little mossy with a clogged sink -big time EWWWW. Figuring it will require the hotel to change our room if we report it, we just had it all since we are too tired to move. We asked to make up the room the next day, but they only throw the trash and refill the amenities. They did not even vacuum the room because I remember there are some bread crust on the floor when we left and it was still there when we return to our room. So disappointing, The iron provided was also a pain as the hotness is hard to adjust and it nearly burned my clothes.

    The room was spacious. There was a TV but mostly local channels. There was a table and chair. The airconditioner worked well. The bathroom was also spacious. It had bidet, hot and cold shower. They provided towels, tissue, soap, shampoo. They did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. What they can really improve on is housekeeping. They barely cleaned the room especially the bathroom. They keep forgetting to give us fresh towels and tissue. Another con is that they had daily morning prayers that were quite loud because it woke us up. Hotel is located in a neighborhood, so you have to book a Grab Car to get to other destinations. Breakfast was included but we did not enjoy the breakfast so much because it was mostly Malaysian food. There were a few other choices like omelette, cereals, fruits, and bread with butter or jam. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
