    Considering of what to put for review on this hotel. Poor. This hotel is poor in terms of the service quality given by the receptionist. The day we checked in, we were given a room. Spacious. Was so excited atm. But not until we trying to put ourselves into sleep. The airconditioner feels like it got some malfunction as it wont cool the air around the room. So we asked for a check up at the receptionist. After a thorough checks, we got a call. The receptionist (its a guy) upgraded our room to a new room and its free upgrade. Maybe they need some time to fix the airconditioner, we dont know. So here we are, so happy to get a new bigger room. The day after, during checking out, I got a refund for the deposited money. But it was short by a few ringgit. So I was asking nicely to the receptionist, why is it my money returned is not the same as the figure I deposited. And she rudely said, its due to the room upgraded. I got so angry considering that I was given an annoying face by the lady. Despite that I am pissed off by her rudeness, I explained to her that his colleague has upgraded our room due to the malfunction of room fixture, not our problem. She shouldve entertained me nicely at that time. Main point of me talking here is, the hotel have a poor counter service, not to mentioned that the staff is lacking a lot in terms of communication but their communication skills really dissapoint me. This will be my first and last visit to this hotel.

    My simple instruction is to produce 3 invoices for 6 nights.But not as I expected your team failed to understand!! The guy on morning shift at 8am on 22 Jan...is very rude..his making joke with my explaination and pretending that he understand my instruction..and the guy worked on 25 Jan night shift also failed to fullfill my request...I dont think he is suitable to work at front desk as he is so unorganized.

    Choose this Hotel about 15 km out of City to avoid the hustle and bustle of city life.It is nearby to Bukit Person,Bukit Gundol for ideal hiking;& just 3km away from 1B where you can get everything under one roof.Price is moderate for a standard deluxe room at rm108nett.Satisfaction is guaranteed.lol

    I stayed here 1 night as my flight to from Kuala Lumpur transit at Kota Kinabalu was delayed due to heavy rain and have to land at Labuan for a while and back to Kota Kinabalu after flight to Mulu was departed, so I have to stay overnight at Kota, Malaysian Airline take responsibility for hotel, dinner and transportation.This hotel is the one which MAS offered to the passenger who missed the flight.Room was very old fashion with carpet, TV doesn't work even I called engineer to fix it, there is no adaptor provided, if you would like to charge your mobile phone you have to bring your phone to the reception to charge for you, it was inconvenient.Dinner buffet which included in our room was terrible, it can't call buffet as there are 3 items 2 hot dished of fried vegetable and 1 hot dish of fried chicken.Buffet breakfast also terrible, no food refill and bad quality of foods.Even I stayed here for free as MAS assigned this hotel for me, but I would not recommend at all.

    Stay in Deluxe Room, the room are big, clean and its value for money. Convenient and nice place to stay. But I don't really like the toilet because they do not provide water pipe. There is nothing special around the hotel, only few restaurants and shop. Recommended to other people who are looking for place to stay.
