  I stay I stayed at Sixty3 Hotel and had breakfast at Jesselton Hotel, which is just a 3-minute walk away.Thanks to Ms. Betty for recommending the breakfast menu — the food was wonderful and definitely worth trying. The breakfast service staff were friendly, attentive, and responsible, which made the experience even more enjoyable.However, the lobby area could be improved as it was not air-conditioned, which made it a bit uncomfortable.Overall, great food and good service.   Best hotel during our stay!!!

  Good assistants from their staff since my early booking especially to Mr Omam and colleagues which help me to do the arrangement. Room was superb prepared by them especially fullfiled my special request on my wedding anniversary celebration. house keeping was excellent to keep my room always clean. I am glad and so happy and my rating will be 10/10. Thank you all will plan to see all of you next time.   Great location but poor organisation and communication

  This hotel is in a great location and our room was large and comfortable with aircon. The only downsides were a lack of organisation from the reception staff. The best example of this is that when we checked in late at night we were asked to select our breakfast for the following morning and what time we would want it. The selection wasn't great, but we ordered something for 9am. At 8am the following morning we were woken up by reception calling us asking why had not come for breakfast at 7am! There were also issues with our check out where one member of staff allowed us to pay for late check out, then said we couldn't have a late check out and returned the money, but then agreed that we could have an extra 30mins and check out at 12:30. Unfortunately this information was not shared and we were asked why we were not checking out at midday.   Long past it's glory days, there are improvements going on but that is no excuse for some poor house keeping nothing too serious, just dusty shelves, things left in the fridge and the like but gives a poor impression. On a positive note, the staff we dealt with were helpful and it's in a good location.
