    The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was quick, and the refund process was also handled efficiently. Friendly staff.Parking is limited to only 15 lots, so guests often have to find parking elsewhere at their own expense. It can also be a bit challenging for elderly guests, as many cars are waiting at the entrance to drop off or pick up luggage, which sometimes causes delays.Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with great service and facilities.Parking could be improved.

    The best experience we had at The Klagan Regency Hotel.. Especially it is next to 1 Borneo Mall.. We booked a suite room and the room was so spacious and it looked exactly in the picture shown. We booked through Agoda and what the pictures of the room displayed, that’s what we got.. The staff were so friendly. We would definitely come and stay there again.. Not to mentioned, it was quite affordable especially during the holidays..

    Nice hotel which is clean, tidy and friendly staff. I stayed in the one that is attached to one Borneo shopping mall which is very convenient if you want to get some food or just do shopping. Takes around 15-30 mins to get to the Kota Kinabalu city centre depends on traffic and time of day. The room itself was spacious and a large bed which was comfy. It has a safe, fridge, 2 free bottles of water and your regular freebies. Your room is cleaned daily. Some rooms have no windows which is fine if you’re hardly spending any time in there. I personally didn’t use the swimming pool that was there but it was surprising to see no one use it don’t my time there when it was open and hot outside. The breakfast is okay nothing great but fills a hole. I would say though there is a good variety of food to choose from. I’d happily come back to this hotel

    The check-in was smooth & we can request to check in early if there is available & ready room. the bed comfortable & praying mat is provided for Muslim Traveller which is something rare for me to see. Breakfast is recommended & tasty with lot of selection.

    I did enjoyed my stay here 😄 , Our room is big , Clean & tidy 😄 , The view was nice btw , not really kind of my request ( Did request full nice view but not available at the moments , so we got instead of full nice view I got just nice view which is half of it what I did request , it's was okay because It's was my bad , should inform earlier) , Room service very excellent & Friendly ! keep it up 😄 , Housekeeping did the best to makeup our room & it's was really clean! 5 starrrr !! Front desk really friendly & helpfull 😄 , Breakfast is really aweasome ! Thank you ! Will come again soon !
