Location

Nestled between the sacred Mount Kinabalu and the South China Sea, the hotel is situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah, in Malaysian Borneo. It enjoys an ideal location, within close proximity of the shopping and business districts of Kota Kinabalu. The centre of the city is just a 30-minute drive away. The resort lies just 10 min from Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 500 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. With snorkelling or, for a fee, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, bowling, squash, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café, a bar and a pub. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Really enjoyed our visit here. The food was tasty and nicely prepared, but what made the experience special was the staff (Adnan). He and others staff was so welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Service was quick and efficient too.
