    We stayed at Tiara Hotel Labuan for a weekend swimming getaway with the kids. Since our home is located nearby, we decided to take a short break and enjoy a relaxing staycation close to home.The kids had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. They are already asking to come back again!We would also like to express our appreciation to the staff, especially Zamree, Yassin, and Sufi, who were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.     ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Very satisfied with the food served. Every dish we ordered was delicious and suited our taste perfectly. The Kampung style cuisine was authentic and full of flavour, making every meal truly enjoyable.The prices were very reasonable considering the quality and generous portions provided. What impressed us the most was the fast and efficient service, which made the dining experience even more pleasant.Overall, it was a wonderful experience.     Nice and beautiful villa but inexperience maintenance officer and unfriendly front officer

    Poor receptionist Mr Johari, not responding towards my input that no transportation provided from villa to lobby as been informed during check in that transportation will be provided anytime to lobby from villa. He also didnt respond ( no eye contact, no smiling, shower poker face) at all when i complaint about low water which caused inconvenience (not able to bath and get ready to travel to town and dinner)…. And informed him that the low water pressure is because the water switch turned on, the maintenance officer didnt even know where is the switch, even changed the water pump capacitor… other than that, nice and clean and beautiful villa… just need improve the receptionist and maintenance officer.
