  Although it’s a fairly cheap stay compared to other hotels in the area this location fell short on the basic amenities it is supposed to offer Laundry room was out of order vending machines don’t take card and there is no ATM or any other way to get cash on site i went down to get extra towels on our first night cus the bathroom was only stocked with 2 and there is 4 of us so naturally we each needed a towel for our shower on our first night and I get questioned as to why I needed so many towels further more thank God im not a handicap person or elderly otherwise they would have a lawsuit the bath chair that is there for the people who need assistance was not safe for me to sit on I was going to sit on it as I gave my kids a bath and as soon as I sat down the legs bent and I fell over I’m not that fat yall I’m currently 215 and pregnant so it sucked that I didn’t have a safe place to sit in the shower needless to say we will book elsewhere next time beds were comfortable and clean rooms looked nice breakfast was stndard

  There’s a “best” in the hotel name for a reason. This hotel lacks most of the quality that you’d expect from a BW hotel.

  I can give this hotel some grace first. It is a nice location. Convenient to restaurants, close to I-45, but not so close that you hear noise. The staff was amazing in being friendly and telling you everything about the hotel, but not in consistency. Breakfast was amazing too. Great variety. Now to the bad. The lobby had a very unique smell to it. I couldn’t put a finger on it. Neither could my parents or brother. Front desk lady said she didn’t know either. It was a tolerable smell, but it wasn’t pleasant either. The lobby also looked old and dated. The elevator smelled terrible. Smelled like rubber and mold. Our room smelled fine, thankfully. But our carpet looked something straight out of a haunted house-horror movie. Stains everywhere, left-right, south-north, everywhere and anywhere you looked. Shower barley worked. Beds were uncomfortable. My parents’ bed had no comforter, so when we went down to ask for one, they said they didn’t have any spares but offered us another king-sized sheet. Great job done there. The only reason why this is a two-star review is because the location, staff, and breakfast were great. This hotel needed to up their game. They’re missing quite a few things. I just came from that horrendous Spark by Hilton in Dumas, TX. Compared to that place, this one should get a five-star. But standard hotel-wise from what normal people would expect, this place isn’t great. They’d have to change quite a few things for me to stay there again.

  tv did not work food for breakfast very limited executive bestwestern isnt the correct term nothing executive about it ----it was clean shower was fantastic , great pressurefront desk girl tried her best on the tv , even told us she would move us to another room but we woke up with the tv not working we didn't think that moving to another room ,when check out time was 4 hrs away was needed

  Staying in town for work, Everyone seemed to be very helpful and room was clean. Miss Casey at the front was very kind and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant.
