  High marks just about everything except one

  I believe this hotel deserved been given high marks for its location, cleanliness, well manner staffs & most important of all (for me anyway) no smell of bad odor which in my case is a Deluxe King Room. When I call them tellin that I'll be late checking in or checking out process, the way the staff approaches me as a customer is quite good with a touch of warm smile which most hotel staff lacks especially late evening. The room ambient light is good, the toilet is well maintained & squeaky clean. The only thing I want to complain about is the TV quality which is quite bad. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to just about anyone.

  Very nice comfy n clean hotel

  The family room is very spacious n clean. Even the bathroom is spacious and clean. I like the design and the rooms seems newly renovated. Suitable for family with either 3 or 4 pax. Location is next to Centre Point shopping mall. Convenient to Imago shopping mall too by walking or Grab. No breakfast due to no hotel restaurant. But a 24 hours McDonald is just across the road. Like the room very much.

  Good location and won't get you hungry

  The best thing for this hotel is their location. Near to centre town and KK waterfront. For those want looking night life and drink, there are near by. Beside die stair of this hotel full of restaurant. You won't be chance to get hungry. That's the reason I dont like, because it will be a bit noisy , the noise will be stop after 11pm. Anyway, the hotel is clean and friendly reception.

  Recent hotel perfectly located for a visit of the city and a safe walk to the nearby night market. The interior design is lively and successful. Our bedroom was comfortable and fully operational. Reception was very helpful to help us organise our trip to Mount Kinabalu.All in one, a real gem in Kota Kinabalu.

  Pros – conveniently located at Warisan Square (which itself, as at May 2018, was a depleted shopping mall with less than 20% occupancy), just opposite the back entrance of Centrepoint Sabah, and across the road from waterfront. Restaurants, 7-eleven, massage joints and other amenities all within walking distance. If you want to be smacked in the middle of town, this is it. Very reasonably priced. Unique décor, particularly the lobby. Friendly front-desk.Cons –On checking in, the room had tobacco smell as it was obvious that the previous guests had contravened the no-smoking rule. The room safe was not unlocked. The air-conditioner vent had a piece of tissue paper wedged, probably to stop some noise. Mirror light in bathroom not working. Hot water took a long time to come on. On a day, house-keeping forgot to change the towels and supply fresh toiletries. On the whole, below average maintenance and will deteriorate further if nothing is done. For rooms with windows facing the inside, noise from restaurants patrons continued past midnight.For the price and the location, I would actually not dismiss the idea of repeating a stay here.
