  Very poor hygiene

  Disappointed with their cleanliness. I was told is mosquitoes bites by their staff so requested them to spray repellent and closed windows if make up the room. However, getting worst on 2nd and 3rd night until i went to clinic and dr confirmed is bed bugs. Very serious skin rashes and need to get injection and on medication. I knew is just 2 stars and couldn't ask for more but at least cleanliness. The hygiene is poorer than those 1 star or backpackers. Get pest control to maintain all the rooms please.

  The room was really small and cram. The discount announced on Agoda was fake! it was actually walk-in rates! We asked for a change of rooms, they offered us an upgrade but at a surcharge. No proper parking. On the bright side there is a mall next door and a mamak across the road. The staff that assisted me was very helpful but the asset is certainly a let down. We switched hotels for the next night.

  Worst than Terrible! Shall I rate it HORRIBLE?

  We made an online booking of 1 standard room for 2-night stay at this hotel. According to thepolicy, no VAT/GST shall be imposed to the bill.However upon checking-in at the counter, the staff insisted to charge us a 6% GST and a MYR 3.00 on credit card service charges. We have requested to have a word with the manager but no one entertained us.After a long quarrel with the unfriendly staff, she disabled the credit card machine to stop us from getting evidence for the MYR 3.00 credit card service charge. We ended up paying cash.We are extremely dissatisfied with the extra charge which has never been mentioned in our booking confirmation slip. Furthermore, we are so frustrated that no one from the hotel management handled our complaints properly.This hotel management is TOTALLY HOPELESS!

  Stay for a night to attend weeding dinner before transit to other places. My experience staying with this hotel is they provide very clean room. It's less than 1 minutes walk to ioi mall.and great water pressure But the problem is the location. It's not suitable for those who plan for shopping, as it's far from those mega shopping mall. Even the taxi driver unable to find the hotel.no breakfast provided.

  The Ultimate Budget Hotel

  If you are travelling on a budget and need a hygenic place to rest and wash-up, this is the place for you. However, If you are looking for luxurious in-house facilities, hotel buffets, 24 hour room service this isn't the place for you.The staff is friendly and the room and wash room are decent, beds are comfortable. And if you are worried about food; there food outlets all around the area, as well as the IOI mall (which is just next door), that has most international restaurant chains. If you are interested in local cuisine, this area has restaurants for that aswell.Its is also a ideal location for parents coming to visit their children in universities in the area. As it is affordable and convinent to universities like Sunway University, Monash University and Taylors University (Just a 5 min to 10 min cab ride without traffic).It is about 25 to 30 mins away from KL main city aswell.
