Very BAD Experience890733908Pillow , bedsheets and towel have a lot blood stain and yellowish colour. Look like they did not change it . What happen if the previous customer got positive HIV ‍️‍️‍️‍️Very disappointed……

felt scammed by management

Asked for late check 5pm out cos we checked in at 1am, e-mail replied saying no problem. but ended up charged us 141rm for late checkout saying they say no problem but didn’t say no need to pay. Asked to speak with the manager, the poor recept called someone (i assume the boss) but boss didn’t want to speak with us. we left the room for medical appointment at alpha since 10am and we hired an alphard to drive us from sin to kl (2d1n) and back so we could have easily loaded the 1 piece of luggage we had if we knew they are going to charge us. Details: checked in 19th sep past 12 midnight and left hotel at 19th sep 10am leaving only one piece of luggage in the room nothing else. came back to check out at 430pm. Booked a family room with two queen beds for myself, wife, son and a queen room for my helper. location wise the strand mall has nothing open, the mall is 98% unoccupied but it is convenient if you’re visiting alpha ivf as it’s walking distance.

its a bit small for 2 persons in a twin bedroom. there isn't much space for luggage so its quite a problem if u have big luggage. the area is convenient as lots of food around, there is a 7 eleven store so its easy if u forgot anything.

Two nights stay! Room got fire!

Two nights stays with friends but air-conditioning got fire in the middle of 1:30 am on 30th March 2018. Bad feedback on their rooms services as they don't have the awareness on how to treat this situation into a emergency way and just being panic when I first told them.. although I didn't take any photo of the incident happened but do hope they perform some regular testing on their overall system and even fire drill to further process this kind of situation which more protect customers belongings luggage, before perform any remedy measurements. All my luggage, laptop's bag, and even my coat getting unable to wear on the next day for my formal event. Very poor experience that even changing new rooms for me and my friend also having poor treatment and didn't provide any compensation or reimbursement for the incident occurred.

CONVENIENT AND WORTH IT

Room was really small but it was very clean .. staff was very accomodating and friendly.. checked in late at 10.00pm.. furthermore I woke up around 03.00am due to my room a-cond was not functioning.. but the staff was readily and promptly assist me (kudos to him .. same person handling my check in and assist with my problem) very close to amenities such as reaturant & bank..(walking distant) in summary it was a great stay for meK , BANANA LEAF RESTAURANT THAT WAS ONLY A WALKING DISTANCE.. BANK ALSO JUST A 5 MINUTE WALK.. FOR ME.. WORT IT.. AND FULFILLED MY EXPECTATION
