    Room was very clean. Although bed could have been more comfortable (a mattress topper would have been good). Pillows were a little flat. Location is a little off (no food & shopping places within walking distance) but not a big deal as they are available within 5-10 mins car ride away. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast very much - dishes were well done, & mix of ala carte & self service was lovely. Would stay again.

    AWESOMe. one of the best i'ved stayed in KL. View is wonderful with full height glass. room is clean with full amenities available.

    Lack of clear communication

    Overall, the stay was mostly as expected. However, I do feel that a few areas need improvement, especially regarding the parking and guest communication.Firstly, the parking direction/signage to go up may be problematic. During my first entry, there was someone blocking the arrow at the time, and I instinctively went up using the left side as it was closer to the car entry point. Unfortunately, this resulted in a minor accident. I believe the arrows and directional markings for the way up should be reviewed and made more visible, as they can be easily missed or obstructed, which may cause confusion for first-time guests.In addition, the parking fee was very expensive, and I was overcharged more than RM100 for less than 24 hours, even after adding an extension. I have yet to receive a refund from Alila, and the communication from the team regarding this matter has been lacking.It is also worth noting that the lift system can be quite complicated, as guests need to take multiple lifts to get around. This should be clearly stated in the hotel advertisement and booking information so guests are aware before arrival, as well as explained during check-in or through better signage.Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was generally fine. However, I hope the hotel can improve its parking guidance, refund process, and guest communication moving forward.

    Amazing room layout, design, and view. Excellent service by the hotel staff. Especially the staff serving during breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend Alila to all. This was my third time choosing Alila and as expected, I was not disappointed. :)
