    The worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. the staff is not energetic as they should be for providing services to the guest. the rooms look like ware house and give vibes negative and scary. the bed sheets, pillows and curtains were very stinky and smelly. the broken legs and drawers show the poor maintaince of the hotel services. the bathrooms were not clean properly. The last but not least the doors were black painted which gave horror vibes inside the hotel. I would recommend to everyone who is thinking for staying in ARENNA STAR HOTEL, don't visit there. The locality of the hotel is not healthy and good for the family man and any family. The dirty and smelly locality.

    Arenaa Star, Kuala Lumpur is not a good hotel, its a sub-standard one. The aircon wasn't working and we couldn't sleep well the first night. They replaced the room the next day, though.It is situated near Bangladeshi ghettos.Breakfast is well, ok.

    Room is very dark . Got stains on a bed sheets and pillow cases . I requested to change it before i go out and when i come back still not change . Break fast if poor not enough choice . I think price is resonable . I stay for 7 nights and room was not clean on daily basis

    This is pathetic hotel I suggest don't book this hotel it's total waste of money. Online it's showing beautiful room but when you enter in the room it's dirty. I booked top most room of this hotel but this room is like a hell. Dirty bed sheet, hair in the room. No towel in the room. Dirty cattle when I ask front office staff to change the room the person approach me after 30 min on 3rd call and still they tell the guest to be relax. My 4 night stay they haven't clean my room. Every time I call the reception to clean the room still they made the bed with same bedsheets but not even clean the bathroom or not place the towel. And if you ask the reception that you want to speak to your manager they said there is no front office manager and I ask for general manager then reception girl she is not interested to meet any guest what ever the issue you have to tell me only. They even don't interested to listen the guest. I heard from staff the owner is only need money they don't bother about guest.

    Hotel service is very bad😡 in three days they did not come to clean the room even one day🛌 The TV remote had no battery, the hair dryer was not working 😠After going out to visit Malaysia, they entered the room without permission and gave water😡 Other hotels do not have such rules👍
