    It’s our can’t-remember-how-many times staying here. The location is just amazing just opposite the Twin Towers and the staff are friendly and welcoming as usual especially En Harmizi, the butler. Would really recommend everyone to stay here. We stayed in the 2-bedroom unit which is bigger in size compared to other hotels that offer the same.

    Had a wonderful stay with my family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for family time. The location is convenient and close to many attractions. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended.A special thanks to Izzuddin, one of the best servers here, for the excellent service and warm hospitality. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

    My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff who make you feel right at home.​I would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Farah at the reception for her warm welcome. I requested a room with a balcony and an espresso machine, and without any hesitation, she arranged it perfectly for me—even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy. While most hotels would simply say it's not possible during peak times, Ms. Farah went above and beyond to make it happen.​I also want to thank Mr. Shamsudin from Security for his exceptional care and attentiveness, as well as Mr. Akid and Mr. Fizzie at the Front Desk for their kindness and professional service.​I was highly impressed by the staff's empowerment; they make instant decisions to help guests, which proves that the management has deep expertise in hospitality and great trust in their team.     I had a really pleasant stay here. All the guest services were very welcoming and friendly, especially Encik Harmizi. My husband and I truly appreciate his excellent service — he made our stay feel warm and personal, and it really felt like home.The location is also very convenient as it’s within walking distance to KLCC, making it easy to find plenty of food options nearby. Since it’s currently Ramadan, I especially loved that the hotel delivers food for sahoor. It was very thoughtful and the food tasted great as well.The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable — we slept very well. Cleanliness was also top-notch throughout our stay. The only small downside for me was that the body wash had a slightly “nanny-like” scent, which wasn’t really my preference.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
