    We first booked into the hotel. When we entered the room, we saw a bug crawling around the bed, and the frying pan there is rusty, literally unusable. There is an oily smell in the room too. Thank God they let us change a room. The second room has an Indian smell and the toilet floors and bathtub are dirty. We plan to chill in the room but we can't. It's too uncomfortable. The mirrors are too old. The kettle there is dirty and rusty. Can't believe that a hotel brand like this can't even do their housekeeping. Such a terrible and horrible experience.     Booking. Com was used to reserve a 2 roomed apartment, which has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with attached toilet. There is a spacious kitchen and living room, washing machine and plenty of cupboards.The location in Brick fields is excellent for those who want to travel by train or bus.Breakfast is available for an extra charge. We didn't have any because there are plenty of places within walking distance to have different types of food at very reasonable prices.     Decent stay except for housekeeping mistake

    Stayed for 2 nights from Fri - Sun.Pros:- Conveniently located near the KL Sentral station with the Nu Shopping Mall nearby.- Rooms are spacious with apartment style amenities available within the room.- No bottled water provided but there is a filtered water tap installed near the sink for guests to help themselves.- Gym was well furnished and relatively under utilised.Cons:- Housekeeping staff forgot to clean the room even though I had changed the door sign to "Clean the Room". The reason cited was that I had turned on the "Do Not Disturb" sign which i did in the morning initially. I had consciously took the effort to switch back to "Make Up the Room" when i left the room for lunch at the shopping mall nearby. It was quite clear that the housekeeping staff forgot to come back in the afternoon to check. The reception had the audacity to tell me that i have to inform them for housekeeping which is not standard practice but excuses from their end.     Wonderful hotel, excellent location

    This place is our home away from home. It is conveniently located and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very courteous and helpful with the booking and check-in. A special mention to Zul and Bala for allowing us early check-in. Overall it is a very relaxed atmosphere, well within walking distance of Little India, a major shopping centre and also the transportation hub (KL Sentral).
