This picturesque business resort is conveniently located on the fringe of Kuala Lumpur midway between the international airport in Sepang and Kuala Lumpur city centre. In addition, the hotel is next door to Malaysia's administrative capital, Putrajaya, while the Multimedia Super Corridor in Cyberjaya is just a 10 to 20-minute drive away, making the hotel the ideal choice for retreats. The hotel is also ideal for weekend getaways. It can be reached conveniently from major motorways in the Klang Valley. It is about a 30-minute drive from Bangsar, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur city centre and Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 252 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     honestly had an amazing staycation experience at Bangi Resort Hotel ✨ Cc to all the teams especially Mdm Atiqah (FO Manager), Ms Coni (FOA) & Ms Kamilia (FOA) on their hospitality from the staff was top-tier and made the stay even more enjoyable. overall, the environment was super calming, clean, and aesthetically beautiful. Really loved the peaceful ambience, comfortable room, and overall vibes throughout the resort. Definitely one of the best places for a healing trip or short escape from hectic days. Will surely come back again soon!

    The good:There's a good variety of food with decent prices in the resort, you can actually spend good quality time at the resort, the room is decent, and they have a great poolThe bad:Pool closes quite early and not able to get to swim after checking in and finishing work, the hotel gets quite busy as it hosts events so you get alot of non-staying guests and they can easily get access to your room if you stay on certain floors (mine was the same floor as the lobby), it lacked security, and also the parking may be limited because if there's event, you might need to park quite far from the hotelOverall, I would stay again during off peak season as the price per night is quite reasonable and is less crowded. During peak season, there's just too little privacy and non-holiday goers there with working vibe.

    Stayed here for a work trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the golf course, a nice touch for some quiet downtime. Food was okay, nothing outstanding. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

    Location is far from most, and too far from city or anything interesting.Looks good at pictures, but hotel is not 5 star quality.Hotel is worn down, staff so and so. English not so good. Hotel getting renovated, and there are some noise , the New rooms beautiful, absolut perfect condition. Booked room with complementary mini bar, BUT it was never refilled, and NO I did not call reception.In a 5 star hotel i shouldn't tell these kind of things..No conditioner at the room and no suger for the coffe.Very empty hotel only saw 8 other guests at breakfast, Breakfast standard Very far from 5 star .. Quality and presentation failed.....Pool area.... lots of leaves, but in defence, one staff working hours to remove leaves , but they fell down just as fast. We were the only guests at the pool. But No shade/umbrella at the sun beds. .. We did get late check out for free.For golfers perhaps good.. for tourists too far away from Kuala Lumpur..1 hour cap drive to center.

    The Indian manager at the front desk has extremely poor customer service skills. She is very unprofessional in handling staff mistakes and is unreliable in resolving issues. She should not be placed at the front desk, should she? Better service should be provided at the front desk.
