This city hotel is sitting on the top of the world with a spectacular view of the city skyline, positioned right in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Located 15 mins from the tourist centre of Petronas Twin. The Central Market, Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens and Sunway Lagoon Theme Park are also in the area.

Facility

Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur during Hospitality Week organised by MAH, and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.The hotel was an excellent venue for both accommodation and event hosting. The location is highly convenient, with direct access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. This made it easy for delegates and participants to move around throughout the event.The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. After a long day managing the event, it was great to return to a room that provided a relaxing and comfortable environment. The hotel's facilities and amenities were also well-equipped to cater to both business and leisure travellers.The event spaces were well organised, and the hotel team provided good support throughout Hospitality Week.     Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. A special mention to Apon, who was incredibly polite, attentiveand always ready to help with a smile.     Terrible hotel and front staff

    This hotel is far from being a five-star hotel, and the front desk staff were arrogant and rude.First, I had already paid the tourism tax on Agoda, but the hotel charged me twice. Second, after check-out, the hotel delayed refunding my 200 MYR deposit. Third, we booked a twin room in advance but were given a single room for a couple. We indicated our check-in time was in the middle of the night, and the front desk process took over an hour. On the evening of May 30th, the male front desk manager repeatedly ignored our communication. Aside from its convenient location, this hotel is utterly useless; the room facilities are outdated, and the lobby is far from the guest rooms. If you're spending the same amount of money, I would recommend the Sheraton, Carlton, or Buick LaCrosse. I returned from my vacation in the Maldives, and the service here was vastly different. I will still write a complaint letter to denounce the rude behavior of the front desk department.     We had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. A special thank you to Ms. Florina for her exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and warm service. She and the team were very friendly and caring with our children, which made our family feel truly welcome.The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious local and international dishes.We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually cancelled our Airbnb booking for the return leg of our trip and booked our rooms at this hotel instead.
