  The best view hotel is very clean, location is good, reasonable price and the staff is very polite and responsible. Got kk mart, 7-eleven, hawker centre, speed mart and farmacy nearby. Very convenient for family. Just walking distance can reach Sunway lagoon

  Very noisy and smallest room ever! No parking

  Arrived at about 3.30 pm to my horror all the parking is full, made a full turn for about 40 minutes before finally a car came out and got the parking which I have to walk about 350 metres away.The check-in was a bit slow because I booked through booking.com and they have to check something. Booked "a deluxe room" and got a room at 2nd floor and was surpised at how small the room was. Basically a bed then like 1.5 meter clearing space then the bahtroom door.The water heater was not functioning so I have to shower in the cold. The sink was leaking as well.At night the noise was unbearable. All the doors being opened and closed the chatter outside the room, i barely got any sleep that night. Also there were rats running around the ceiling.The only thing that's great about this hotel was the location, 2 minutes walk and bam you're in Sunway Pyramid mall which have about everything under one roof.

  room was small so be sure to not have too many luggage as there is also no lift. my room on ground floor, behind the front desk. deposit require upon check in. room and toilet clean enough and the noise from the vacuum and people entering and leaving was not very disruptive for heavy sleepers like me. lot of 24hr convenience stores nearby to buy water and other necessities.really near the sunway mall so got most of my food from there. spend only 2 nights there and most of my time outside so i would highly recommend this place for people who are looking for budget short stay while they go sunway mall/theme park to explore. place easy enough for my grab taxi to find when i was leaving the place.   Room is small and expensive. Trash can outside my room is as smelly as hell. Complained but no action taken. 2 am a bunch of uncivilized Malay guests kept on making a lot of loud noises, complained but no action taken. 8 am construction works beside the hotel. Can't sleep at all. Hell on earth! Not coming back. Not gonna recommend to ANYONE at all...

  My Home Hotel (rebranded as Best View but Best Avoid)

  I have carried out consumer and tourist research in Malaysia for almost twenty years. Hotels vary in quality and of course price from Bayview Beach to .. Best View (formerly My Home). I made a reservation online for Best View's 'Deluxe Room', requesting a 'quiet room please'. On arrival, despite my reiterated request I was given a room immediately behind the Hotel Reception, hardly a recipe for peace after a long and delayed flight from Melbourne. Sure enough, apart from the continual coughing of a receptionist (who I advised to visit the clinic next door), at exactly 3am I was awoken by the sound of motorbike engine(s) and a group arrived to party in the Lobby. A similar sound occurred at 6am. In any case, in this deluxe room, the one major item of equipment couldn't function: the batteries in the TV remote control were flat. My early morning departure was not assisted by the absence of the breakfast which is listed on at least one hard copy promotion on site. The coup de grace - or final flourishing blow - from this hotel without a view was to charge me an extra RM 20 (about 5 US dollars) because I had requested the room online through booking.com rather than in person at the hotel Reception. Incidentally, I have never before encountered a hotel which charged a refundable RM 50 deposit for a plastic key card to access the room. The proud purveyors of mediocrity in this establishment seem to see little necessity to recognise international standards of good budget hotel practice.
