You get what you paying for

Located not far from KL Sentral(transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur & it is quite a walking distance), it is a okay place to stay a night. Surrounded by indian shopping and restaurant district it is happening until midnight. The entrance to this hotel quite hard to notice and once you notice it you need to walk a stair up to the hotel counter. The room is okay (but not so clean) and the internet connection available but not too okay. The hotel offering a free breakfast but i never inform nor given a breakfast. Nothing much to say about this accommodation but if you're looking for budget hotel for staying one night than this place is okay.

Pros:Logistical advantage.. walking distance from train stations and 24/7 eateries and watering holes of little India Value for money.. Cheapest prices, complimentary breakfast, WiFi, house keeping, fresh towels, water bottle everyday Friendly and helpful staff and management Cons :Right on top of a DVD shop, be prepared to hear loud Indian music till late nightTv has only 5 pre configured channels Suggestions to management.. Put up tourism package pamphlets brochures on your front desk and offer to coordinate package or day tour plans for a price.

    Very Filthy Unfortunately

    rating01 May 2016

Room Superior Double very filthyNo Coffee, Tea or anything. There was just myself and another guest in this Hotel during the week, Reception personal nice individual's however this Hotel Filthy, Rooms Horrid, Smell and Net Horrid. I will never ever recommend this Hotel to Foreigners especially cause of Hygiene reasons ... They also unfortunately had Hookers Come to this Hotel to make up for all the rooms not occupied . See I travel for my career 90%of the time when I travel outside the USA to other countries I try not to stay at chain Hotels cause I like to give local Business's however I regretfully will never do sober again here in Malaysia ... I wanted to take more photos however I was so disgusted I just wanted out.

    Nightmare checkin.

    rating29 Apr 2016

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm- there was clearly confusion amongst staff over their bookings. There were other people waiting to checkin who in the end left. It was very unclear if we even had a room and staff were not communicating with us. Somebody had gone to see if guests had checked out or not (this is at night!) We eventually got to our room- it was very average. Wifi was incredibly slow. Only one glass, no kettle/tea/coffee, no tv remote...Bed was comfy and air con was good. The overall cleanliness was very average- hairs and dust all over phone and bedside table. Would book with caution as they clearly are not on top of their booking system. Breakfast is an Indian breakfast at a cafe down the road (this is included).

    Neat and tidy

Good room for people who just want to use the room for showering and sleeping. If you are intending to spend the whole day out, this is a good room to book. The showers are small and clean. Not wheelchair friendly as you will need to walk up and down stairs to get to the different levels
