This hotel is located at the heart of Bukit Bintang, the commercial and entertainment centre of Kuala Lumpur. The Sungei Wang Plaza shopping centre lies only a few minutes' walk away, and the BB Plaza shopping centre is also situated very close by. The Batik Malaysia Berhad Outlet should also be visited by those wishing to purchase Malaysian batik fabrics. Just a little further away is the Bintang Walk, the Lot 10 shopping centre, the Kuala Lumpur Plaza with Planet Hollywood and the Starhill Gallery with a Louis Vuitton shop.

This was our second visit to Hotel Capitol, and it was just as amazing as our first stay. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful experience. We hope to see you again soon!

Superb hotel for Shopping tour

Fantastic stay! Location, Room, Breakfast, Staffs all are superb at this price. All the shopping malls, eateries, convenient stores are within 5 minute walk. Moving with grab is super fast. They also offered complimentary coffee during checkout when we were waiting for the taxi.

Unacceptable Attitude from Reservations Staff

I’ve stayed at Capitol Hotel Kuala Lumpur several times over the years but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I called the reservations team with a few simple questions about my booking and the guy staff member (RESERVATIONS TEAM) who answered sounded annoyed and dismissive even though I was polite throughout the conversation. I didn’t get his name but his tone made me feel unwelcome as if I was a burden for simply asking about my reservation.This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an attitude especially from the reservations team and I am not even at the hotel yet. It’s really unacceptable for hospitality. It reflects poorly on the hotel and the staff’s attitude shows a lack of basic customer service and professionalism. This experience has made me seriously reconsider returning in the future.

Nice hotel, spacious room, little view of KL, good welcome at check in, good procss for check out. excellent location. in bukit bintan. room dont provide aminities. old hotel but clean.food for breakfast correct.thanks
