  Great Spot, Needs a Deep Clean

  The hotel's location is a real advantage. It's right near the main bus station drop-off by the Berjaya Hotel, and buying bus tickets was very straightforward. The room's layout was nice. The cleanliness was lacking, especially in the bathroom, where the floors and walls were oily from previous guests.

  I would like to thank Rahman and Jalal for the hospitality given to me throughout my stay. Please take care of them. Next i would like to give a compliment on the room. Very spacious and clean n also comfortable. Big bed. The toilet is also clean n big. Just there’s limited view but its totally fine. Also the shower heater took a longer time to heat up. Can check on this. Overall, a pleasant stay and will definitely come back on my next trip. Thank you. 🇸🇬

  I will not suggest to anyone to stay here, I had a really awful experience. The front desk staff will not give serious consideration to your request. I have paid to Agoda from a month ago, Agoda/ hotel didnt remind me, and have fully charge to my bill, i request to change the date/ partially refund also not having take serious by both end side(both management)

  When i entered, the staff did not greet,make eye contact, and no one smiled. When i asked for my room, the audacity, and lack of basic customer service displayed by the female staff, the supervisor, i was told her name was (Jane ) was extremely disappointing. When i asked for her name, she said to me her name was Maya. Obviously lying because she knew i was going to lodge a complaint due to her poor customer service. When i entered my room, the floor was dusty. The room has no body shampoo. The bidet was loose, and the and it was falling off. Cups wasnt clean, for there were smudges. I requested an extra towel twice, and it took them 1 hour to deliver? That's poor service! After calling the front desk for the 2nd time, this time before i could end my sentence, the staff slammed down the phone. Wow.. this is gonna really make me think twice if or not im going to book another stay there again. Here's the best part. I think Jane as a supervisor, wasn't doing a decent job, at least to a standard that is required. How could the staff member, Jassim, who delivered me the extra towel, told me off with a furious tone that i cannot use the towel for the floor, and he kept repeating it for a few time. With a tone as if it was almost like trying to pick a fight with me, and omg, couldn't your staff afford to buy some deodorants or perfumes to apply? They all had horrible body odours, and it was a horrible experience. I wasn't expecting to be told off by Jane and Jassim, at least as a customer. I dressed preety basic.. but that doesn't mean they could treat and judge me and apply a secondary treatment just because i wish to go low-key on the way i dressed. This is all truly disappointing.

  Located virtually next door to Berjaya Times Square, Ceria Hotel lures you with clean rooms, warm staff members and a great location. The rooms are compact but well-appointed. There is a water dispenser (with both hot & cold options) on both floors.
