    Would like to highlight the good service provided by the hotel staff name Wing Yee. She is exceptionally informative, warmth, friendly, accommodative and professional. The hotel is standard basic however the service team had elevates to the higher level. Would like to thank to Yien also that has been taking care of me.

    The room and public area full smell sooo smokey..... Water heater was spoiled ask to change a new room the front desk show me a sulky face. Booked a king size bed but just 2 single combined bed, feedback to front desk and they explained this was standard from others hotel as well. If you need a REAL KING SIZE BED you have to ask for it. Excuse me I paid for a king size bed not 2 single combined king size. What a shame for them to excuse the lousy standard was same with others hotel as well. This is CHEAT!!! WORST budget hotel in my life time.. PLEASE IGNORE THIS HOTEL!!!NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY!!!

    Location is close to China town Market and Bukit Bintang 15 min walk . There is a Hindu Ganesh Temple beside the Hotel .Room which I boked through booking.com was not up to the mark . very small no place to keep your stuff and move.Later paid extra money and took a big room .Lane next to Hotel is full of garbage pile at night.Room which I boked through booking.com was not up to the mark . very small no place to keep your stuff and move.Later paid extra money and took a big room .Lane next to Hotel is full of garbage pile at night.Cheap stay .

    My dad and I visited Kuala Lumpur and I'm so glad we stayed here - the location is close to everything you need it to be close to and if you don't fancy walking just grab a grab for pennies!! The beds were comfy, it was quiet, the showers were hot and worked (which helps), the breakfast was a good selection of Eastern and Western cuisine, it was clean and some of the rooms have great views. The thing that really made our stay great was the staff. They were very friendly, extremely helpful, showed us great kindness and spoke excellent English. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to KL. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

    Liked- Good clean compact room, acceptable for a short stay. Bed and pillow was cozy AC was cold Wifi speed was great.Disliked · First and foremost, the shower area. This needs to have a closed mechanism while showering, either with a door or a waterproof curtain. All water was spilling out while showering ! Soundproofing was not that good. Breakfast could have more varieties.
