  Emergency booking gone right! Clean, affordable and with great staff.

  Never planned on staying in Classic Inn but we missed the bus to Singapore and needed a place to stay. After doing a quick search of the area, this one was the most appealing at the price we were willing to pay just to lay our heads for the night. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise as the room exceeded our expectations. It was a little small and cramped but it was clean, the bed was soft and the shower was spotless. In fact, the room looked way better than the pictures I saw at the front desk.The best part was the staff. When I inquired, the published rate was at RM80 but the receptionist told me that I could get a better deal at Agoda. Seeing as I didn’t have internet, she did it for me. That’s what you call service! They even kept my charger when I left it and returned it to me when I got back to KL! I can’t say enough good things about this place.Lastly, the location is more than ideal as it right in the middle of all the action especially if you’re a tourist who loves shopping and eating. It’s just at the back of Berjaya Times Square and it’s very near Jalan Alor, if it’s streetfood that you fancy.

  So, I've gone up to this hotel without booking. The front desk is really helpful. Location is perfect. We took a family room for 4 people and it's clean and nice. The tv is not working in our room so, the staff gave us an additional discount. I would say, perfect service. No breakfast tho. The restaurant is under renovation.

  Very good location but the policy of the hotel is to earn riggits and zero spend ! The towels have big holes, no phone in the room even in the reception ( 2 weeks already ) tv out of works ! Internet cut off very often ! So i guess , the owner do not care about the cutomers well being ! Even of his staff ! If you can , don’t give any money to him !

  Had stayed at better maintained hostels with nicer rooms at half the price of this hotel. Poor room ventilation, especially in the toilets, takes more than 24 hours to dry completely after taking a showerUgly graffiti on the walls which does not look like decoration at all.Overall a poor hotel, only stay here if you need to be near Berjaya Times Square

  Just located beside imbi ktm station, restaurant n shopping mall . Friendly receptionist, good service.lobby area has many useful travel infomation documents. Simple room, our room beside staircase, it's wooden staircase without carpet, quite noisy when people pass by.water pressure too low when shower, it come out like baby pee. Phone in room not functioning, remove controller out of battery,no shampoo, no hairdryer in room .
