Rooms

    Staying at Crown Regency Serviced Suites was a very pleasant experience. Thir staff were helpful when I needed anything. The room was spacious. Crown Regency Serviced Suites was situated in a good location. Many sites were within walking distance.Nice place to stop over.

    An Amazing hotel at an excellent location at Jalan P. Ramly corner. Just a walking distance to the famous twin tour, KLCC and other shopping centers. Very convenient food stalls and famous pubs to enjoy your stay. The newly renovated room has all the facilities, separating the living room, kitchen and the cosy double bed and bathroom facilities. I am a regular visitor to this hotel whenever I come to KL. Thanks to the GM Dorothy and FOM Edwyn for the wonderful arrangements. The spa at the 3rd floor is owned by friend Steve and Sabrina. The therapists are experienced and professionals. Only pre-booked guests are allowed. Nice children's pool available. Excellent safety and security system. Excellent staff and management with excellent services. Cabs are easily available. Car parking is free. Amazing night activities happening here. Don't miss it when you are in KL. Good for families. My friends and I enjoyed the stay very much. We will come again.

    Room is good, aircon v cold, water pressure n heater working well. Maybe need to change the tv so that it looks contemporary. Laundry room needs to be renovated w better maintained machines. Food trucks n street vendors along the road near the hotel. Food delivery is also available.     Value for money!!!

    Dont expect a 5 star room when you pay 3 star price!!! But room is very tidy very comfortable will come back definitely for new year or raya shopping or just want to have a weekend staycation. My news convenience store next to hotel. Gravy baby and healy mac in front of hotel. Mcd is just opposite. Klcc is 400m away.

    I have been staying at the Crown Regency over the past 10 years. Their staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The location is a main positive about this place. It's just a five minutes walk to Suria KLCC and petronas twin towers. There a few restaurants around the building but we usually walk to KLCC for meals. There a Starbucks and a mini supermarket just outside. Both the LRT and monorail stations are just a short walk away. It only takes around 5 to 10 minutes by taxi to get to Chinatown, little India and bukit bintang. The rooms are fully furnished apartments and are quite comfortable and functional. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well. We always preferred to make our own breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. However considering my experience over the years, I felt that the place is now outdated a bit. The rooms and especially the bathrooms need some upgrades. This place is highly recommended for families and even groups of friends as they offer apartments that can accommodate upto 6 adults. Through out the years Crown Regency has been really good to me and the family. Given us great memories and value for money.
